FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How long will it take for me to receive my book?
We aim to despatch all books within 2 working days of receiving your order. Books are sent to UK addresses using first class post and to overseas addresses using Airmail. According to Royal Mail delivery times are:
UK 2 days
Western Europe 3 days
Eastern Europe 4 days
Rest of the World 5 days
Occasionally mail will be subject to delays which are beyond our control. If you are concerned that your book is overdue then please email us and we will be happy to deal with your query.
2. How much is postage and packing?
Postage is based on Royal Mail rates for First Class UK and First Class Airmail. The postage and packing charge also includes a small amount for envelopes and processing. The rates are currently:
UK £1.50
Europe £2.50
Rest of the World £4.00
However, if you are based overseas and purchase your book through Amazon Marketplace then the standard Amazon postal rates will apply, which may differ from those listed above.
3. How will I receive my E-Book?
On payment you will receive an email contianing your E-book. Please ensure that you have used an email address that you check regularly and that you have added info@redraftpublishing.co.uk to your ‘Safe Senders’ list.
4. I haven’t received my E-book, what should I do?
If you have paid and not received an email with your book attached then please first check your spam folders/junk mail folders, as the email may have been blocked by your spam system. If you still cannot find the email then please send us an email at info@redraftpublishing.co.uk . Once we have confirmed your order we will be happy to email you a replacement copy.
5. I haven’t received my paperback book, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your book within a reasonable period of time (please see question 1 above for delivery times) then please email us at info@redraftpublishing.co.uk.
6. I don’t want to order over the internet, how can I buy a copy?
You can buy a copy of the paperback book by sending us a cheque. Please click here for details.
